These Terms & Conditions apply to MB Smart Meals, a meal prep service operated by MB Culinary Advisors LLC, and to the personal weekly menu pages and text messages we send to our customers. By using our service or opting in to our text messages you agree to these terms.

1Our service

MB Smart Meals prepares and delivers weekly meals for our customers in Miami. Each week customers receive a personal link to review their menu and, before the change deadline, swap items within the options offered for that week.

There is no subscription and no contract. You pay for each week only after you approve its menu. If you do not want meals for the following week, simply let us know when you receive that menu and we will pause your service until you tell us you are ready to restart. There are no fees for pausing.

2Food allergies

Our kitchen works with all types of foods. We follow careful food-safety procedures, but cross-contact can happen, so we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of a specific allergen. If you have a life-threatening (anaphylactic) food allergy, we do not recommend using our service. You are responsible for telling us about all of your allergies and intolerances in your meal profile and keeping them up to date.

3SMS Terms

  • Program name: MB Smart Meals weekly menu messages, sent by MB Culinary Advisors LLC.
  • Program description: a personal link to review and change your weekly meal menu, a reminder before the change deadline, and occasional updates about your meal plan and deliveries.
  • Opt-in: customers opt in through our online sign-up form by checking an unchecked consent box. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency: varies, about 2 messages per week.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
  • Help: reply HELP or contact [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
